To Kill a Mockingbird

Many people did not like the first part of  To Kill a Mockingbird, but they love part two. I don't get it why was it boring or what. I am enjoying the whole book. I just finished reading the judges verdict, and It makes so mad. I think that Tom Robinson is actually telling the truth. That just shows how raciest people were back then. Hopefully Atticus does something to bring Tom justice. I wonder if the author Harper Lee was raciest back in her time also.

You know what I wish I wish that I could meet some authors. I would ask them what motivated them to write the story they wrote, only if they wrote a fiction story. I wonder if it was their childhood plays a part in their stories. I want to know how they come up with the interesting adventures in their stories.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Wouldn't it be great to meet some authors and talk about their views on certain books? I love to Kill a Mockingbird and the words "guilty" were like bullets in my heart. It was so obvious that Tom Robinson was innocent but then again this time period is a racist period. Like Atticus said, "It's a black man's word against a white man." I guess this is why Boo Radley wanted to lock himself up for so long. To escape the cruelty of the world.
